Refund Policy
30-Day Giggle Guarantee. If Mini Mister didn't make anyone laugh, or you're not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
How to start a return or refund
- Email hello@tryrendo.com with your order number and a short note (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged).
- We reply within one business day with next steps. In most cases we don't need the item sent back.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Hygiene note
Pacifiers are personal-care items. For health and safety reasons we can't accept returns of used pacifiers, but the 30-Day Giggle Guarantee still applies: if you're unhappy, we'll still make it right.
Order cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is already being packed and can't be cancelled, but the 30-day guarantee covers you once it arrives.
Late or missing refunds
If a refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then email hello@tryrendo.com and we'll track it down.
