Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 6-10 business days after your order ships. Delivery to remote areas may take a few extra days. Estimates are not guarantees; carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also check your shipment any time on our Track your order page.

Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your package is lost, damaged in transit or stolen after delivery, email us at hello@tryrendo.com with your order number and we will reship your order free of charge, no questions asked. Without Shipping Protection, lost or damaged claims are handled with the carrier on a case-by-case basis.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Email hello@tryrendo.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped we can no longer change the destination.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
