Welcome to Mini Mister. By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them, they're short.

1. Our store

Mini Mister is operated by JD Operation. We sell novelty baby pacifiers and related products online, with our primary market in the United States and shipping worldwide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase.

3. Products & safe use

Our pacifiers are made from BPA-free, food-grade silicone with an orthodontic nipple and are intended for babies 0-18 months. As with any pacifier: inspect before each use, pull in all directions, discard at the first sign of damage or weakness, never tie a pacifier around a child's neck, and always supervise use. Sterilize before first use and clean regularly. Product colors may vary slightly from photos.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when fraud is suspected or an item is unavailable, and will refund any amount charged.

6. Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, but errors happen. If we discover an error affecting your order we'll contact you before shipping.

7. Intellectual property

The Mini Mister name, logo, photos and Site content belong to JD Operation and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JD Operation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JD Operation conducts its US operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
